My Story

Aishwaraya Goud - Founder of Mind Craft Wellness

A therapist who believes healing is already within you.

I came to this work through my own experience of feeling unseen.

My path into therapy began with my own search for understanding, a search that showed me how deeply we all long to be truly seen, heard, and supported. Those experiences continue to shape how I sit with others: with warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for each person's pace.

I work with adults navigating trauma, relationship difficulties, identity questions, anxiety, burnout, and the emotional challenges of the perinatal period - conception, pregnancy, and postpartum.

My approach is not about fixing you. It's about creating a safe, collaborative space where you can listen to yourself, gain clarity, and move toward the life you want.

Clients often tell me that working with me feels steady and supportive — less like treatment, more like being accompanied through difficult terrain.

Outside the therapy room, I love reading, tending to my plants, exploring food and music, and planning my next beach trip.

My Orientation

My work is rooted in AEDP - Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy. In practice, that means we focus on reaching the emotional experience underneath your thoughts, not just talking about what happened.

Where useful, I draw on CBT to work directly with thought patterns and behaviours that keep you stuck.

Every session is trauma-informed, meaning that it is paced around safety, never around a fixed agenda.

Testimonials

What Our Clients Say

Real stories from real people who have experienced transformation through our therapy.

I've been working with Aishwarya for a year now, and the journey has been truly life-changing. Over this time, I've quit smoking—a habit I never thought I could break—and learned how to be more present, self-aware, and in control of my emotions. My anxiety levels have significantly reduced, and I feel more at peace with myself than I have in years. What I value most about our sessions is Aishwarya's ability to create a safe, non-judgmental space where I can openly share my thoughts

India (In-person Therapy)

Whilst I would consider myself relatively new into therapy, the experience has been super insightful and telling - especially with Aishwarya. Working with her has helped me develop the skills that I need to handle situations independently and has given me a chance to chat with someone so kind and caring, when I'm feeling down. Aishwarya's gentle approach to psychotherapy has really helped me ease into the process and truly make the most out of my experience.
