QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT HAVE

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll explore what's bringing you to therapy, understand your current concerns, talk about your personal history where relevant, and discuss what you hope to gain from the process.

There is no pressure to share everything at once or have your thoughts perfectly organized. We'll begin wherever feels most comfortable for you.

Towards the end of the session, we'll reflect on whether it feels like the right therapeutic fit. If we feel another therapist might better support your needs, I'm happy to guide you towards appropriate referrals.

You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy.

People come to therapy for many different reasons - anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, burnout, grief, life transitions, low self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, or simply a desire to understand themselves more deeply.

If something has been affecting your well-being or feels difficult to navigate alone, therapy can offer a space to explore it with curiosity, compassion, and support.

That's completely okay.

Many people worry about what they'll say in therapy or whether they'll "do it right." There isn't a right way to begin.

You can start wherever feels comfortable, even if all you know is that something doesn't feel okay. Building trust takes time, and we'll move at a pace that feels safe and respectful of where you are.

There isn't a one-size-fits-all answer.

The length of therapy depends on your goals, the concerns you're bringing, and the pace that feels right for you. Some people come for a few focused sessions around a particular challenge, while others choose longer-term therapy for deeper self-exploration and lasting change.

We'll regularly review your progress together and decide what feels most helpful.

Not at all.

You don't need to prepare, have everything figured out, or know exactly what you want to say. You're welcome to come exactly as you are.

If it feels helpful, you might spend a few moments reflecting on what brought you to therapy, what you've been finding difficult lately, or what you hope might be different in your life. These reflections are entirely optional.

If you're feeling nervous, you're not alone. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it's natural to wonder what to expect. You don't have to carry that uncertainty by yourself. We'll take it one conversation at a time and create a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.

Ready when you are.

Whether you'd like to start with a conversation or book your first session, you can choose whichever feels most comfortable.

Testimonials

What Our Clients Say

Real stories from real people who have experienced transformation through our therapy.

I've been seeing Aishwarya for a long time now, and I can honestly say she has made a profound difference in my life. From the very first session, she created a safe and welcoming space where I felt truly heard and understood. She is a wonderful listener—patient, compassionate, and fully present. I've been working through issues related to anxiety and perfectionism, and her gentle, thoughtful approach has helped me gain insight into patterns I wasn't even fully aware of. She doesn't rush to offer advice but instead helps guide me to my own realizations, which has been incredibly empowering. What I appreciate most is her calming presence. No matter how overwhelmed I feel going into a session, I always leave feeling more grounded and hopeful. Her support has been instrumental in helping me manage my anxiety and let go of the unrealistic standards I've held myself to for so long. If you're looking for a therapist who is kind, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping you grow, I couldn't recommend Aishwarya more highly.

So I started my therapy when I was not in a good place in life mentally. I'd been contemplating about it for months but one day I just went for it without any second thoughts and I can gladly say it was the best decision I made. Aishwaraya being my therapist was the second best decision I'd made because from the very first session itself I felt so comfortable sharing anything everything with her, which is huge because I have difficulty opening about my issues. The whole process of starting therapy and taking sessions has been very beneficial for me so far! I've had better energy and a better outlook towards most situations in life! Aishwaraya has helped me and is still helping me get better with my relationships, be it romantic or family. I've gained a lot of perspective about my childhood trauma and I feel I'm better equipped now to deal with certain situations. She really empathises and listens to me when I need it and that makes a world of a difference, after each session I step out a little lighter and a little happier! To anyone out there still contemplating, my advice is to just go for it, at least give it a shot because if you never try, you'll never know!
